As a final project for one of my classes, I chose to create an illustration for a wine label.
I drew the bat using Procreate on my iPad and then brought it into Photoshop to add the text. I erased part of the “t” so that I could use the stem of the grapes in its place.
I intentionally kept the design loose and organic in order to convey a playful, haphazard feel, in contrast with the elegant font that I used for the wine’s name.
